The consultant will review SSC's previous crisis responses, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, assess current preparedness and institutional arrangements, benchmark SSC's experience against international practice, and identify opportunities for strengthening the role of social insurance in responding to future shocks and crises.The consultant will work closely with SSC and relevant stakeholders throughout the assignment and develop a practical roadmap with prioritised recommendations for strengthening shock-responsive social insurance in Jordan.
