Call for expressions of interest for the granting of a long lease on the Spa Casino building The City of Spa is launching a call for expressions of interest with a view to granting a long lease on the Casino building. This procedure aims to identify a partner responsible for designing, financing and carrying out the major renovation and enhancement work on this emblematic building, while preserving its heritage character, its attractiveness and the continuity of its operation. A Site visit is mandatory for all candidates. It will be organized by appointment, in the morning, before August 31, 2026.
