The Municipality of Saint-Rémy-Lès-Chevreuse is launching a call for expressions of interest with a view to selecting an economic operator responsible for designing, financing, building and operating a Padel complex on land belonging to the municipal public domain. There The municipality wishes to encourage the development of local sports offerings, strengthen the attractiveness of the territory and promote its land assets while respecting the principles of transparency, equal treatment and competition. The municipality considers the conclusion of a long administrative lease (BEA) or any other title to occupy the public domain allowing the realization and operation of the project. The duration of the title will be determined based on the amount of investments proposed. and their economic amortization.
