CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (AMI): Sourcing approach prior to a possible contract for training services on the theme “return to practice of state-certified nurses (IDE)” The purpose of this notice is to inform operators economics of the publication of a call for expressions of interest (AMI) relating to the Return to Functions IDE project, accessible at the following address: https://www.anfh.fr/delegations-regionales/normandie/appel-manifestation-d-interets-RETURN-AUX-Functions-ide. This AMI is part of a prior sourcing process aimed at better understanding the existing offer on the market in terms of support for return to practice of state-certified nurses (IDE). In this context, economic operators are invited to read the AMI and, if they wish, to complete the sourcing questionnaire made available, and to transmit it before the July 20, 2026. The information collected will make it possible to analyze the practices, content and intervention capacities of organizations, with a view to evaluating the adequacy between the identified needs and the available offer. This approach is carried out in upstream of the definition of a possible need and the preparation of a future competitive procedure.
