This Call for Expressions of Interest (AMI) aims to grant occupancy rights to 1 stall in the Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse, dedicated to the “Coffee, roasting, tea room” profession. At the end of this AMI, the selected merchant will conclude with the City of Lyon an agreement for the temporary occupation of the public domain for a period ranging from its date of signature until July 31, 2036, and authorizing it to exercise the profession "Coffee, roasting, tea room". It is specified that it will not be possible to offer a catering activity on site. In return for this right to operate a location, the merchant will pay an occupancy fee to the City of Lyon.
