The Estate extends over 1, 800 hectares and has an ecosystem of diversified activities. 1.2 The Equestrian Center: An Asset to be Promoted The Equestrian Center site represents an exceptional opportunity for the development of equestrian and tourist activities on 15 hectares of land surrounded by nature. Infrastructure existing: • Two covered tracks (one larger and one smaller); • An outdoor track; • A cafeteria space whose interior finishes must be completed; • A sanitary area and changing rooms whose finishes must be completed; • A hayloft; • A space currently comprising a building intended to be demolished and on which a concrete screed will be constructed for future constructions depending on the needs of the future operator; • An open hangar; • Of unfenced meadows. 1.3 Current State and Necessary Work Existing infrastructure requires finalization, renovation and compliance work. The non-profit organization is looking for an operator ready to invest in finalizing the site and develop an economically viable activity.
