The procurement services of the city of Raahe are requesting an offer for the call-controlled public transport order center service for the Raahe city area, for the period 2.3.2026 - 31.12.2026 + one (1) year option. Call-controlled traffic means public transport that operates on an invitation-based basis, so that the passenger orders a ride. Ordering center means a service intended for coordinating invitation-based traffic operating in the area of the city of Raahe, where via telephone ordered rides are received and coordinated for vehicles in operation. The order center's responsibility includes service traffic (Kyyti-Fiia and Kyyti-Pekka) and the call-a-ride operating in the Raahe inner city area. The ordering center is part of the Raahe area the Raahekyyti ride-hailing service entity. Raahe's inner city service transport Kyyti-Pekka and Kyyti-Fiia operate in the area of Raahe's inner city on weekdays from 7 am to 4 pm. Kutsukyyti operates in the Raahe inner city area on weekdays from 7 am to 7 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm.
