Dear Bidder, the International Labor Office (ILO) is seeking a person to develop a strategic conceptual framework, a theory of change and an interpretative matrix aimed at strengthening the promotion and implementation of Convention No. 190 on violence and harassment in the world of work in Latin America. The work will include specialized documentary review, conceptual analysis and methodological formulation to articulate the dimensions of prevention, organizational management, dialogue social, sustainable productivity and decent work. Likewise, guiding indicators, strategic messages and visual inputs will be developed to support the interpretation of business case studies developed within the framework of a joint initiative. between the ILO, SEGIB and the Ibero-American Initiative to Prevent and Eliminate Violence against Women. The consultancy will last approximately eight weeks and will be carried out mainly remotely.
