Tender Details

Call for competition for internal mail management services from the Friborg cantonal administration. The call for tenders for collection, processing and distribution of postal items (letters and parcels) for postal entities the Friborg cantonal administration. The adjudicator will evaluate two variants. Option A for which the service provider uses its own vehicles during daily rounds. And option B for which a vehicle is available free of charge available to the service provider. The contract is open to competition for a period of three years. At the end of this period, it is possible to extend it for a further period of two years. The first activity consists of collecting mail and registered mail from La Poste Friborg 1. The mail is then sorted by the service provider in the State premises, route des Arsenaux 41, in preparation for the morning round. This includes 35 addresses located in Fribourg, Givisiez and Granges-Paccot from which mailings are delivered while outgoing mail is handled. The afternoon tour begins at 3:10 p.m. It serves 24 points located in Fribourg, Givisiez and Granges-Paccot to which items are distributed while mail outgoing is picked up to be dropped off at La Poste Friborg 5, route des Arsenaux 41.
