Description: The objective of this tender is to contract a call center service to serve users or potential users of the benefits, instruments and programs of the National Training and emp1edf014045db26d31a02a5bbb8891997I read, hereinafter SENCE. The service includes automated attention through IVR after RUN typing, online Chatbot and attention through the telephone agent platform, and must be executed under supervision, in accordance with established protocols and quality standards.The telephony used must have functionalities such as automated call distribution; real-time monitoring; audio recordings; Dynamic IVR, including database upload; online chatbot, generation of reports and statistics, storage of all information aboutqueues, campaigns, agents and telephony parameters in a database, etc. All the requirements are detailed in the technical bases.
