Scope of Work Summary The framework agreement aims to provide field production, installation, dismantling, and maintenance services for the visual identity elements of Qatar Creates and Qatar Museums initiatives for a period of 36 months, commencing on 1 July 2026. The scope of work includes: Production, installation, and dismantling of visual identity elements. Refurbishment and maintenance of directional signage (Totems). Production and installation of flags, billboards, stickers, and glass façade graphics. Maintenance and redistribution of existing branding elements. Dismantling works and the reuse or storage of materials, as required. The services will be carried out across various Qatar Museums locations, including the Museum of Islamic Art, National Museum of Qatar, Mathaf: Arab Museum of Modern Art, Al Riwaq, Fire Station, DADU, and the Qatar Olympic & Sports Museum. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all required manpower, equipment, and permits, complying with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements, submitting samples for approval prior to production, and providing a 90-day warranty on completed works.
