The winning supplier must also provide a copy of FDA-CPR/COE/LTO which ever is applicable, items with expiry date of at least 1 year upon delivery, a copy of delivery receipt to the laboratory, and comply with the department's policy regarding replacement of near-expiry reagents or consumables.
