Description : The Finnish Border Guard (in Finnish Rajavartiolaitos, hereinafter referred to as "Contracting authority"), on behalf of itself and of the Finnish National Police Board (in Finnish Poliisihallitus), requests tenders for providing calibration verification service for Evidential Breath Analyzers (hereinafter referred to as "EBA") that are used for determining the presence of controlled substances in exhaled breath. The purpose of the procurement is to procure verification services to ensure accurate and reliable operation of the EBAs in law enforcement use. The Contracting authority asks tenderers to note, that the service to be procured does not include the calibration of the EBAs.
The requirements and specifications for Calibration verification service are presented in this Call for tenders and its annexes.
The Finnish Border Guard is responsible for conducting the tendering competition regarding this procurement. The Finnish Border Guard and The Finnish National Police Board will sign their own contracts with the service provider based on the contract award decision issued by The Finnish Border Guard.
