Proposed Contract Action:The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract to Instron under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) - soliciting from a single source, and FAR 6.302-1 - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
