The calibration service is preceded by: - an inspection including measurement of tightness and cleaning of the gas path, pumps, coolers. - replacement of the O2 long life oxygen sensor. - replacement of PTFE, D28, SOx/NOx filters, glass wool, batteries BIAS, condensate pump head and regeneration of the refrigerator. - inspection of the hose for the perstaltic pump SR10 2.5x1.0, silicone hose 3x2 - 2 m, Viton hose 4x2. - checking for O2, CO, NO, SO2, CO2, CH4, exhaust gas temperature and pressure along with adjustment (adjustment in the event of failure to meet the metrological requirements set by the manufacturer) Calibration in the scope of measurements O2, CO, NO, SO2, CO2, CH4. Calibration must be performed by an accredited calibration laboratory. For each sensor, calibration must be carried out in at least three measurement points and a calibration certificate confirming the obtained results must be provided.
