1.This RFP is open to all interested suppliers. 2.From October 22-25, 2024 (4 days), the Calgary Police Service will be hosting the Calgary Cyber Summit that occurs every two years and there are over 400 people that attend the Summit. Law enforcement officers and some members in the public and private sector in the cyber security field attend this Summit from all over the world. This is the largest law enforcement cyber conference in Canada which has a great reputation.Summit Dates/Times - October 22-25, 2024• Tuesday, October 22 - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm• Wednesday, October 23 - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm• Thursday, October 24 - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm• Friday, October 25 - 8:00 am to 12:00 pm3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.4. Estimated target end date is October 25th, 2024.
