5179Fb: General Contractor Services, Not Elsewhere Specified 5169C: Elevator Installation 5139A: Construction Services, Not Elsewhere Specified N3960b: Elevators Jx3960a: Elevators - Repair Bid Information Project Description: 1 Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditoria - Elevator Refurbishment 2 Owner General Requirements: 3 Major Elevator Modernization of Only Elevators Foh and Boh Including: - Replacement of Elevator Controllers, Motors and Pumps. - Replacement of Door Operators. - Replacement of Cab Interior Finishes - Boh Elevator Only. - Replacement of Operating Fixtures. - Other Upgrades As Specified in Section 14 24 00. 4 Electrical Work in Association with Elevator Modernization Including: - Fire Alarm System Modifications. - Fire Alarm Recall for Elevators. - Lighting and Power Work in Each Elevator Machine Room and Pit. - Exit Signs. - Other Upgrades As Specified in Section 26 05 00 and the Electrical Drawings. 5 Temporary Fire Safety Plan for the Construction Area Shall be Provided to Satisfy the Authority Having Jurisdiction and Fire Department Requirements. 6 Repair and Restoration of All Areas Damaged or Altered Due to Construction Activity. This Includes All Cutting and Patching. 7 Final Cleanup of Structure, Disposal of All Waste Products in All Areas Affected by the Work of This Project. 8 Cash Allowances As Follows: .1 Asbestos and Lead Paint Remediation, Including Fees for Environmental Consultant As Required (Refer to Section 01 21 13).
