1. The subject of the order is the service of producing calendars for 2027, including delivery and unloading at the Ordering Party's headquarters in the place indicated by the Ordering Party in quantities: 1) A5 book calendar 675 pcs. 2) A5 PREMIUM book calendar 50 pcs. 3) A4 book calendar 120 pcs. 4) A6 book calendar 650 pcs. 5) Tripartite calendar 1, 560 pcs. 6) Standing desk calendar, vertical weekly calendar 400 pcs. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.3. Zamwie Common Vocabulary (CPV) name and code: Usugi printing and delivery - 79823000-9, Calendars 30199792-8.4. The contractor's tasks will include the graphic development of the calendars referred to in point 1, taking into account the requirements described in the SWZ and Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.5. The contractor calculates the offer price in Appendix No. 2 to SWZ Price form, which must include all costs related to the provision of the service, including delivery and unloading of the subject of the order at the ordering party's premises. 6. The Ordering Party requires that the calendars be of high quality, brand new and complete.
