Calayan Island Tourism Development - Improvement of Calayan Community Airport

1. The Provincial Government of Cagayan through the AIP-2023- 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Thirty Million Pesos (30, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Calayan Island Tourism Development - Improvement of Calayan Community Airport (2023-AIP/20%DF-CAL-0028). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Cagayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required is Two Hundred Seventy (270) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
