Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CAKES FOR SENIOR CITIZENS FOR THEIR BIRTHDAYS

1) The LGU-LILA, BOHOL, through the 2026 ANNUAL BUDGET FOR SENIOR CITIZENS AND PWD-PROVISION OF BIRTHDAY CAKES intends to apply the sum of Nine hundred forty thousand pesos only (Php 940, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Cakes for Senior Citizens for their Birthdays. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-LILA, BOHOL now invites bids for Cakes for Senior Citizens for their Birthdays, using competitive bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required 365 days. Bidders should have completed, at least 365 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
