The subject of the order is the provision of cafeteria services for Employees/Collaborators of the IDEAS Research Institute, provided through access to the digital platform of Non-wage Benefits, including benefits in the following categories: - sports and recreation, - culture and entertainment, travel, and others. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including detailed requirements for its implementation and the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (description of the subject of the order) and in draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 2 SWZ).2. Contractors submitting an offer are obliged to submit:1.1. offer form - the form template is Annex No. 5 to the SWZ;1.2. power of attorney - if the Contractor appoints a representative (proxy) to represent him in the proceedings or to represent and conclude a public procurement contract and in the case of Contractors jointly applying for the contract, 1.3. statement valid as of the date of submission of offers own, constituting evidence confirming that on the date of submission of offers, the Contractor has no grounds for exclusion specified in Chapter IX, point 1 and point 2, and confirming that, on the date of submission of offers, the Contractor meets the participation condition to the extent required in Chapter X point 1 and temporarily replacing the subjective means of evidence required by the Ordering Party, referred to in point 3.
