Collin County is requesting proposals from qualified businesses for the operation of a cafeteria located in the Collin County Courthouse. The vendor shall occupy and maintain in a safe and healthy manner the allotted space and provide a basic menu of quality beverages, meals, and snacks. It is the responsibility of the vendor to establish, review and control the menu selection, pricing, and portion sizes of all items for sale. Affordable menu options for food and beverages for the working employees and visitors are important.MENUWhile our past cafeteria model included both hot and cold food, as well as prepared food and grab and go options, Collin County is willing to be flexible in our cafeteria model so long as there is a variety of food and beverage options that are affordable, quick and easy. Were looking to create a single location offering both coffee and convenient, ready-to-eat food options that provides a one-stop shop for busy customers.Were open to awarding more than one vendor to provide drink and food items. We encourage proposers to be creative in their responses as we are willing to consider unique business plans that meet our needs. We want this to be a Win-Win for everyone.
