Caf477-24 - Pre-Market Engagement For Suppliers That Are Interested In Delivering A Support Service For Families In Family Court Proceedings - Improving Child And Family Arrangement Service (Icfa)

Cafcass is seeking suppliers that are interested in delivering a support service for families in family court proceedings. Cafcass requires suppliers to hold NACCC Enhanced accreditation and Cyber Essentials certification at the start of any competitive tender process.

Cafcass commissions the delivery of services for families in private family law proceedings in England on behalf of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ). One of these services, the Improving Child and Family Arrangements (ICFA) service, is coming to an end in 2025. Cafcass is now engaging with interested providers in preparation to recommission the service.

A new (ICFA) service is being designed to focus on testing family time arrangements and/or re-introducing a parent to a child. The design will be guided by the Cafcass Child Impact Assessment Framework (CIAF) and the views of children and families.
