The acquisition will be tendered as a license agreement. The acquisition is divided into two areas. The bidder can submit a bid for one or more areas. More detailed information about the procurement can be found in this request for tenders and in the attachments of the tender request. Participation in the procurement includes a mandatory tour of the cafe and restaurant facilities in the area of Tyks General Hospital. Subscriber organizes on 12 May 2026 a tour of the cafe and restaurant facilities in the Tyks general hospital area. The familiarization tour is organized at the Customer's premises, where the service will be produced. The starting address of the familiarization tour is the lobby of Tyks T-hospital, Hämeentie 11, 20540 Turku. The bidder or the bidder's representative must participate in the familiarization round in order to submit a bid, if they have not participated in the previous familiarization round on September 30, 2025. The purpose of the familiarization round is to ensure that the bidder gets a sufficient understanding of the structure, equipment and other conditions of the premises, which can have a significant impact on the production of the service and the submission of the offer. The familiarization tour will be organized at the following time: Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 2-3:30 p.m. Participation in this or the previously organized familiarization tour on September 30, 2025 is a mandatory condition for accepting the offer.
