Cable Television Services at the Monroeville CBOC (Pittsburgh VA Medical Center) Sources SoughtTHIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended for information and planning purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Because this is a Request for Information announcement, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the respondents. No solicitation exists. Therefore, do not request a copy of a solicitation. The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) is seeking services for Cable TV at its Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Monroeville, PA. Requirements: Service Location1) Monroeville CBOC, 421 Mall Circle Dr., Monroeville PAa. Business Services Cable TV TV Standard, plus equipment, TV box and remote (qty 16).2) The number and types of television channels will be comparable to what s commonly available in the local Pittsburgh, PA area based on a basic + standard (expanded) level of service.3) This location is currently receiving cable TV services, so no new installation is required.Responses to this RFI should include company name, address, point of contact, phone number, and point of contact e-mail, UEI Number, Cage Code, size of business pursuant to North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) 517112 (size standard of 1500 employee).
