The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, Veterans Health Administration intends to solicit offers for Cable Television access to the Chillicothe VA Medical Center for our patients located at 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601. Contract will be for the period February 29, 2020 through February 28, 2021 with four (4) option years in strict accordance with terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation, NAICS Code 515210. The current service was begun in 2015, through Horizon Telecom, which provided all initial installation of services and supplies. The VA does not intend to purchase new hardware to replace what is in place. Contractors that can provide this requirement are requested to send the following:Company Name, DUNS number, Business size under NAICS 515210 and If the services are available on a FSS contract. Notification if they are a VETBIZ registered VOSB/SDVOSB or not. Contractors must be registered and certified in VETBIZ to be considered VOSB/SDVOSB.This is not a solicitation. Vendor to provide High-Definition (HDTV) television cable channels for our main campus located at 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601. Services will be delivered to ONT point in Building 211 - Room G024B, through equipment provided by vendor at no additional cost to VA.
