PURPOSE: The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract(s) for Cable Furnish and Install for Outdoor Construction. This will include, but is not limited to, the installation of conduit/high-density polyethylene (HDPE) by means of boring or trenching, core drilling, hand holes locate conductors, fiber optic cable, splicing, testing and restoration.Master Contract Release: C-1165. QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS: Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Staci Stoerzinger, via email at staci.stoerzinger@state.mn.us no later than January 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT.
