Description : The Contractor shall deliver and install a Portable Boiler Package Unit (PBPU) which shall consist of (at minimum and/or equal to) one (1) 600 horsepower (HP) ASME 3 Pass Dry Back Package Firetube Boiler with Low NOx Burner that will meet San Diego Air Pollution Control District (SDAPCD) Permit/Regulatory requirements. The PBPU shall include all associated equipment to generate high-pressure steam for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Richard J. Donovan (RJD) Correctional Facility, located at 480 Alta Road, San Diego, CA 92179.
