Description : The Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) Statewide Program Support Center (SPSC) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide janitorial services on an ongoing basis. Service consists of daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and yearly janitorial services to 92, 000 square feet of facility restrooms, breakrooms, office spaces, lobby, reception desk, hallways, training classrooms, kitchenettes, windows, outdoor seating areas, and floors, as further detailed in the Scope of Work.Contract Term: 36 months (3 years) from Notice to Proceed Work Performance Period: 36 months from Formal Start Work Date Job Showing is Optional - Monday, December 22, 2025 at 9:00 AM.
