Without limiting the scope of the contract, the work generally includes:
Implementation of appropriate erosion and sediment controls around the facilityDewatering of the C-12 SWMFTemporary bypass of upstream and forebay stormwater flows around dewatered work areas into main cell or directly to the outlet structureRemoval and disposal of sediment from C-12 SWMFRemoval and disposal of the Phragmites impacted soil surrounding the perimeter of the C-12 SWMFReplacement of outlet structure gravel jacketReplacement of rip rap at the inlets and outlet (provisional)Restoration of the berms in the forebays (provisional)Flushing the outlet pipesRegrading and restoration of the landscaping disturbed by sediment removal activitiesSupply and installation of safety signs around the facility/structuresInstallation of railing on the culvert headwallsRestoration and cleanup workThis work is essential to ensure the City-s infrastructure and facilities remain safe, in a state of good repair and able to meet the City-s needs.
