I. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works necessary to complete the investment task provided for in the contract, called Modernization of the Nursing Home facilities in Nowy Scz, works in the Nursing Home building at ul. Nawojowska 159 in accordance with the description of the subject of the order provided for in the procedure conducted in the basic mode, together with the acquisition on behalf of the Ordering Party in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable administrative acts enabling the use of the facility in accordance with its intended purpose. II. Scope of the order: 1. Works in staircase K1: - replacement of door joinery - floor, - barriers and handrails, - smoke exhaust flap, - external works.2. Smoke extraction installation for K1 and K23 staircases. Reconstruction of the PPo.4 circuit breaker.
