Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of server switches and uplink modules for the University of Wrocław and provision of support. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the attachment. No. 3 to SWZ Description of the subject of the order, price form.3. Detailed scope obligations to perform the subject of the order are included in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.4. Method of implementation (general information): 1) The contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order to the University Library, ul. Fryderyka Joliot-Curie 12, in Wrocaw, 50-383 Wrocaw, on business days, during the Ordering Party's working hours (9:00-15:00). 2) The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party, in writing via e-mail to [email protected], with a minimum of 3 days in advance, notification containing at least the date and time of delivery, a detailed list of the Equipment supplied as part of the delivery, specifying its name and number.
