Description: BZ currently uses an ERP system, a SAP instance of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management (I&W) to support its financial and procurement processes. For several reasons, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has taken the decision to purchase its own operational management system after careful consideration. BZ currently has no agreements with an ERP software supplier, or with a system integrator who could supply, implement and maintain this software for BZ. This requires a tender. According to current insights, the tendering for this will be started in 2021 with the ultimate goal of putting the system into use on 1.1.2023.
