Providing Diplomatic services (transport and logistics) via Diplomatic Cargo and diplomatic mail. The Contractor packs and seals this cargo. We - as the Client - provide the cargo with a declaration of immunity. Diplomatic Cargo therefore consists of Shipments, packaged or crated, whichhave been sealed by the Client and provided with the necessary transport documents and a declaration of immunity. By Diplomatic Mail we mean the Service of airlines for the transport of diplomatic Mail. The Shipments are mainly mailbags and the transport usually runsvia DHL Express (Netherlands) B.V. Airlines will treat these Shipments separately, including supervision and priority. Diplomatic Mail consists of letters, documents and small-scale goods (including electronics) packed in mailbags sent by us as the Client.valid and provided with a declaration of immunity.
