Bystrany water supply, sewerage and WWTP Description: The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works related to the removal of sewage from the village, the supply of drinking water in conjunction with the sewage system and the construction of the WWTP. The implementation of the construction works is within the scope of the project documentation and measurement report divided into stages:- I. stage of construction - construction of water supply pipe - II. stage of construction - construction of a wastewater treatment plant and related buildings - III. stage of construction - water distribution and sewerage from the method of processing the project documentation and from the substantive division of construction objects, not from the need for separate implementation of the contract. The order is not divided into parts. The justification for not dividing the subject of the contract into parts is given in the tender documents documents. The detailed definition of the subject of the contract is given in the tender documents, in the project documentation, the measurement report and in the draft contract terms.
