Bystrany - water supply, sewerage and WWTP The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works related to the removal of sewage from the village, the supply of drinking water in conjunction with sewage and the construction of a WWTP. The implementation of construction works is within the scope of the project documentation and acreage report divided into stages: -I. stage of construction - construction of a water feeder - II. stage of construction - construction of a wastewater treatment plant and related facilities - III. construction stage - water and sewage distribution The mentioned division follows from the method of processing the project documentation and from the substantive division of construction objects, not from the need for separate implementation of the order. The order is not divided into parts. The justification for not dividing the subject of the contract into parts is given in the tender documents documents. A detailed definition of the subject of the contract is given in the tender documents, in the project documentation, the measurement statement and in the draft contract terms. The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works related to the removal of sewage from villages, supply of drinking water in conjunction with sewage and the construction of a WWTP.
