BV 2026-15 - Consultants for joint venture - Kismul water treatment plant (Step 1) Bergen Vann invites a competition for the conclusion of an agreement for consultancy services in connection with the execution of a joint contract for a new water treatment plant at Kismul. The project is planned to be carried out as an interaction, with a division into: Phase 1: Interaction and development phase Phase 2: Implementation phase (presuming a decision to transition after phase 1) To ensure a structured and targeted implementation of the interaction, Client needs external advice. An agreement must therefore be entered into with one supplier who offers named resources within the following roles: Legal advisor Interaction coordinator Calculation advisor The three resources offered will be used in different phases of the project and with varying scope. Stated time and scope are estimates, and the client reserves the right to adapt the need during the project. An NS 8402 contract will be entered into for the assignment. Otherwise, reference is made to other tender documents for a detailed description of the procurement.
