Brief description of the procurement: Purchase of a realistic-looking newborn simulator under the conditions stipulated in the basic procurement documents. The device to be purchased must be new, meet current medical device requirements (including CE marking) and enable various clinical procedures such as intubation, ventilation, CPR and drug administration. The procurement includes the delivery of the simulator to the supplier's location in the simulation center in Tallinn, together with the necessary technical documentation, user training and at least a 24-month warranty. The provider must ensure device maintenance and technical support in Estonia. The duration of the procurement contract is indicated in the procurement notice as an indicative duration and depends on the delivery, handover and acceptance of the equipment by the procurer. The procurement contract is valid until the proper execution of the contract, including until the handover of the device and the end of the warranty period. The warranty period begins with the signing of the device handover-acceptance deed and lasts 24 months.
