Tender Details

This is the purchase of headphones and glasses in numbers and types according to Annex No. 1 Draft contract. Download attachment #1 to your PC, fill it in there, CHECK the correctness of the results and paste back as attachments to the VZ. For the purpose of objective evaluation, we require the NAME, PICTURE or LINK TO VALID WEBSITES offered by youof the assortment. Duly completed and SIGNED attachment No. 1 (Draft contract) is an integral part of this VZ. Non-fulfilment of some parts of the VZ will result in the offer of the given applicant not being accepted. The total price includes all costs associated with delivery to the place of fulfillment - i.e. VU 662401 Olomouc (VAT, transport to the designated placei, etc.). Additional costs will not be allowed. This price cannot be corrected even in case of numerical error. The offers will be evaluated on the basis of the price offered by the bidder for the fulfillment of the complete delivery while complying with the requirements of the tender procedure.



Before signing the contract, it is necessary to deliver 1 piece of each product (1 piece withwristband and 1 pair of glasses) in order to physically test compatibility. In the event that the headphones or glasses are not compatible with the "POB 2017" helmet and regular protective shooting glasses or headphones, the customer reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. Compatibility will be assessed by the inspectori commission. The supplier is obliged to supply product sheets from the manufacturer, or links to the manufacturer's website indicating the exact parameters of the product (see required parameters).
