The object of the public procurement is the purchase of various medicines. A more detailed description of the public procurement item is given in the document "Appendix 1. Technical description". As a result of the public procurement, a framework contract is concluded with one bidder for 36 months in each part of the public procurement. Separate procurement contracts are not concluded on the basis of framework agreements, but the framework agreement is executedis carried out on the basis of orders. The unit prices of the medicine presented in the offer are valid for the entire period of validity of the framework agreement.

Ibuprofen (infusion solution, 4mg 1mg)

Conclusion of a framework agreement with one bidder for 36 months for the purchase of the medicine mentioned in part 1 (see document "Appendix 1. Technical description"). Based on framework agreements separatelyprocurement contracts are not concluded, but the framework contract is executed on the basis of orders. The unit prices of the medicine presented in the offer are valid for the entire period of validity of the framework agreement.
