Buy Technological Equipment Fundación Integra requires the purchase of “TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT FOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES AND EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS OF FUNDACIÓN INTEGRA”, in accordance with the provisions of these Special Administrative Bases, General Administrative Bases, Technical Bases, and Annexes. This public tender is governed, as pertinent to the legal nature of Fundación Integra as a legal entity under private law, by Law NO19, 886, on Contract Bases. Administrative Regulations for the Supply and Provision of Services and their Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree NO 661, of 2024, of the Ministry of Finance; by Law NO19, 880, which establishes Bases of the Administrative Procedures that Govern the Acts of the Bodies of the State Administration; by these Special Administrative Bases, General Administrative Bases, Technical Bases and Annexes; for the consultations that the bidders eventually make within the framework of the bidding process and the responses provided by the Foundation; for the clarifications to the Bases formulated by Integra and their modifications, if any, as they contribute to determining the scope and meaning of the same.
