Business Riihimäki (hereinafter "customer" or "procurement unit") requests your offer for the implementation of the construction of the head office. The building site is a two-story modular office building with a total square footage of at least 1100 m². The head office must fulfill the minimum requirements stated in the request for tenders and in Appendix 1: Description of the procurement object, and commit to producing the announced entities at the given total price. According to the plans, the upper floor of the head office must contain:- Private office spaces- Open-plan office space- A solution containing an accessible toilet space for the staff- Break room The lower floor of the head office must contain: - A lobby space to be built in connection with the main entrance- A barrier-free WC Space solution for the lobby- A solution containing an accessible WC space for the staff- Two meeting rooms- An open-plan office space- Distribution kitchen The object to be procured is described in more detail in Appendix 1: Description of the object of procurement.
