The building site is a two-story office building with a total square footage of approximately 1, 000 m². Head Office must fill the minimum requirements stated in the tender request and its annexes. The head office to be offered must be an entity divided into two floors in accordance with the appendices of the tender request. According to the plans, the upper floor of the headquarters would be built of private office space, open office space, WC space, and break room. The first floor of the head office should consist of two open office spaces, two meeting rooms, and a break room with a distribution kitchen. The form of implementation is a KVR contract, to which including a 10 m piling foundation, the construction of a head office with a total square footage of approximately 1000 m², construction of heating and electricity, and ensuring functionality. The requirements for the head office and the planned contract are described in the request for tender in the appendices. The customer is responsible for applying for a building permit and drawing connections to the plot. The developer is Business Riihimäki Construction work is planned to start in September 2026 and the planned completion date is the end of December 2026 by. In this procurement, the lowest contract price and a separate graded quality comparison are used as the basis for the overall economic advantage.
