Business objectives or policy development - INTERESTED REQUEST TERMS OF REFERENCE TO THE EMAIL [email protected] “Contracting Consulting Services for the preparation of an Institutional Security Protocol, Processes of Internal Communication and Occupational Welfare Plan for the National Commissioner for Human Rights” 1. Design and expand the institutional security protocol applicable to CONADEH, establishing guidelines, protection schemes and procedures advance guard and escort for high authorities that balance the citizen openness of an NHRI with the physical integrity of the authorities. 2. Develop and optimize internal communication processes linked to security, in order to raise awareness to staff, align protection schemes with the organizational culture and ensure effective and fluid change management within the institution. 3. Develop an improvement plan for the occupational safety and corporate well-being scheme, coordinating inter-institutionally and internally with the other CONADEH units for risk prevention and crisis management in administrative and operational personnel. 4.
