The city of Espoo chooses one (1) supplier with whom it will do the work of the procurement contract. The contract is concluded for a limited period until 31 December 2026. The agreement does not contain a quantity purchase obligation and does not give the supplier the exclusive right to sell the Service to the city of Espoo. According to the company register, there will be 10, 000 companies in Espoo in April 2025 at the beginning, when limited housing companies, agriculture, forestry and fisheries, companies with a turnover of less than €10, 000 and private entrepreneurs, business groups and cooperatives are excluded. Serving such a large number of companies is not possible without it customer care model and segmentation. Client work is already carried out in Espoo with a goal in mind, but the processes need development, deepening and coordination.
