Project Description : The competition detail and documents are currently available at https://sasktenders.ca/Content/Public/Search.aspx?CompetitionNumber=WSA-2022-0138WSA is implementing a project to establish its Business Continuity Management Framework. This framework serves to govern and improve Business Continuity Planning within WSA. A system that ensures 'Critical Processes' preparedness, response, and recovery protocols from disruptive events. The Business Continuity Management Framework development aims to leverage Risk Assessment and Business Impact Assessment as the primary tool to enable the project outcome.The project will employ a four-step methodology with activities and deliverables to achieve its outcome. In Step 1, the internal Project Team works with 18 Branch Leaders to identify and document the 'Critical Processes' of WSA. For Step 2, the project seeks expertise to complete Risk Assessment and Business Impact Assessment to define and plan for process and business impacts and define acceptable and achievable recovery time objectives and recovery point objectives.This opportunity is subject to copyright.
