Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.The work involves the development and certification of a pool of qualifiedbusiness coaches and mentors. These professionals will be responsible fordelivering tailored coaching and mentorship to micro and small enterprises(MSMEs), with a strong emphasis on sustainable business practices, financialliteracy, and establishing effective market linkages. The initiative aims to enhancebusiness management skills and promote long-term business sustainability amongMSMEs.As part of this effort, a Training of Trainers (ToT) programme will be conducted for20 potential business coaches comprising of 12 women and 8 men delivered inperson mode of training. Following the training, participants will receive ongoingmentorship and follow-up support to reinforce their learning and practicalapplication. Additionally, coaching resource materials and participants handoutswill be developed to support the delivery of high-quality mentorship.
