Expression of Interest are invited for Business Analyst/Quality Analyst for the Implementation of Amanda Public Portal II.

The Government of Jamaica (GoJ) has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Foundations for Competitiveness and Growth Project (FCGP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”)

To support the improvements to the Development Application Review Process (DARP), the Application Management and Data Automation (AMANDA) Public Portal II software has been procured from the software developer, CSDC Systems Inc. (CSDC), through the Foundations for Competitiveness and Growth Project (FCGP).

The AMANDA Public Portal II is a web-enabled software that will allow citizens to make online submissions of building application and environmental permits. The Business Analyst/Quality Analyst is required to review requirements, lead and coordinate configuration based on requirements, define and setup the testing of the deliverables provided by the developers (CSDC Systems) to ensure that the business and operational requirements are met.

The Planning Institute of Jamaica now invites eligible individuals (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services.

A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Selection of Individual Consultants method set out in the World Bank-s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants.
