Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a total of 2 buses (M3 category vehicles), divided into tasks:

1 Delivery of a bus to transport 30-37 people

2 - Delivery of a bus to transport 20-25 people

2. Detailed description of the subject of the order - all requirements for the ordered vehicles contains Annex No. 2 to SWZ - Technical Specification.

Mogilska 109. Transport costs are borne by the Contractor.

4. The Contractor is obliged to provide a warranty for each delivered vehicle in accordance with the data contained in Annex 2 SWZ (Technical Specification), but not shorter than the manufacturer's warranty.

The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to indicate at least one authorized person vehicle service stations in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. If the Contractor does not indicate an authorized service center in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, he will ensure, on his own and without additional remuneration, the transport of the vehicle to an authorized service center in another location in order to carry out warranty repair or maintenance service or services performed as part of service campaigns, and then deliver the vehicle back to the Ordering Party's headquarters.
