The subject of the fall is the delivery of a factory new multi -purpose car, a bus, for the use of the international cultural center in Krakow. A factory new car is recognized by an unspoiled car. The car must spend Polish and European safety requirements and the requirements for moving on public roads, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 20 June 1997 on road traffic (Journal of Laws of 2024 item 1251) and regulations to this Act, the car must spend the requirements of the EU directive in the field of pollution emissions (nitrogen oxides, permanent frequencies and induces), i.e. Exhaust emission standards for the delivery of a car.
